AISmartContent ("AISmartContent," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI-assisted content creation, account and workspace services, and connected products including SocialPost (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy applies to aismartcontent.co and explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we retain it, and how you can request deletion.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, account credentials, profile details, support messages, billing and transaction records, content, files, project data, and workspace settings.
When you sign in with Google, Google may provide your stable Google account identifier, name, email address, and basic profile information. We use this information only to authenticate you, match you to the correct AISmartContent account, maintain your session, prevent duplicate accounts, and provide account support.
If you separately connect a Google service through an AISmartContent product, such as YouTube or Google Drive, we request the permissions displayed on Google's consent screen for that feature. Those optional permissions are separate from Google Sign-In. We access only the information needed to perform the user-facing action you request, such as selecting a file, connecting a channel, publishing requested content, or reporting channel performance.
We also collect service and device information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, diagnostic logs, security events, feature usage, and cookie or session identifiers needed to operate and secure the Services.
2. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
- Authenticate users and connect authorized third-party accounts.
- Process content and perform actions requested by users.
- Process transactions and maintain required business records.
- Respond to support, privacy, and security requests.
- Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and technical failures.
- Comply with law and enforce our agreements.
3. Google API data and Limited Use
AISmartContent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, creditworthiness, lending, or to build user profiles unrelated to the user-facing feature. We do not allow humans to read Google user data except with your affirmative consent for support or security, when necessary to investigate abuse, to comply with applicable law, or when the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to provide the Services: with processors that host infrastructure, process payments, deliver communications, provide security, or perform services at our direction; with a third-party platform when you direct us to connect or publish to it; during a corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections; or when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
Service providers may process information only under our instructions and for the contracted purpose. We do not sell or rent personal information.
5. Data retention
We retain account and Google Sign-In identity information while your AISmartContent account is active so we can authenticate you and prevent duplicate identities. We retain connected-service access credentials only while the connection is active or as needed to complete an action you requested. Content, project, publishing, and workspace data are retained while your account is active unless you delete them sooner.
When you disconnect a Google integration, we delete or invalidate the stored access and refresh credentials for that connection within 30 days, except where a shorter period is required by law or platform policy. When you delete your AISmartContent account or submit a verified deletion request, we delete or de-identify personal information and Google user data from active systems within 30 days. Residual encrypted backup copies are isolated from normal use and expire within 90 days.
We may retain limited records longer when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. When retention is required, we restrict the information to that purpose and delete or de-identify it when the obligation ends.
6. Deletion and user controls
You may remove available content and disconnect linked services through the relevant product. You may revoke AISmartContent's Google access at Google Account Connections. Revocation stops future access but does not by itself delete information already stored in your AISmartContent account.
To delete your AISmartContent account and associated personal information, use the account deletion control in your signed-in account settings, visit our account deletion page, or email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject. We may verify your identity before acting. We confirm verified requests and complete deletion from active systems within 30 days, subject to the limited legal exceptions described above.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including access controls, encrypted transport, credential protection, logging, and restricted production access. No service can guarantee absolute security, but we investigate and address suspected unauthorized access.
8. International processing and legal rights
Your information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards where required. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to processing of, or delete personal information. Contact us to exercise those rights.
9. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who cannot lawfully consent. Contact us if you believe a child provided information to us.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Services, law, or our practices. We will publish the revised policy here and update its effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice when required.
