Delete your account
This page explains how users of the AISmartContent AI Music & Video Maker app can request deletion of their account and associated data.
Request deletion in the app
- Sign in to the AISmartContent app.
- Open Settings and select Delete Account.
- Review the notice and confirm your deletion request.
Request deletion outside the app
Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account. Use the subject Delete my AISmartContent account and include the account email address in your message.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days after verification.
Delete specific data without deleting your account
You can permanently delete individual songs, videos, chats, projects, and uploaded media while keeping your AISmartContent account:
- Sign in and open your library or content history.
- Open the song, video, chat, project, or media item you want to remove.
- Select Delete and confirm.
You can also email [email protected] from your account email address, identify the content you want removed, and use the subject Delete specific AISmartContent data. The requested content is deleted from active systems within 30 days after verification; related encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 90 days. Your account and any content not included in the request are kept.
Data that is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes data associated with it from our active systems, including:
- Your account profile, sign-in record, preferences, and linked identifiers.
- Your saved projects, prompts, generated music and videos, uploaded photos, videos, audio, and voice recordings.
- Your app activity and content history associated with the account.
Data that may be retained
Billing, transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal compliance records may be retained for up to seven years where required by law. Security logs and encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before automatic deletion. Retained data is isolated from normal product use and is deleted when the applicable retention period ends.
Content you exported, downloaded, or shared with another service is not controlled by AISmartContent and must be deleted from that service separately.
