AISmart Content Chat uses the AISmartContent Chat Service to connect the site, synchronize selected widget settings, and load the storefront chat widget. When the widget is enabled, visitor-supplied chat details are sent to the connected workspace to deliver the conversation.
The service is operated by AISmartContent.co,ltd. It is delivered through TeleWhats (telewhats.com), and that website states that TeleWhats is owned and operated by the same company.
